ThoughtMatrix Launches BPM Practice

06.16.2009 – ThoughtMatrix, Inc. is excited and pleased to announce the launch of a new Business Process Management (BPM) service offering. BPM thought leaders Michael Lim and Dave O'Brien bring their considerable experience to ThoughtMatrix to drive a BPM Practice that will deliver comprehensive, flexible and user-centric solutions tailored to the unique needs of organizations utilizing BPM software from the industry leading vendors.

"BPM initiatives are critical to our clients' business success however until now, we have handled them informally. The creation of the BPM practice with proven BPM experts will provide ThoughtMatrix clients with a new solution set to make their organizations more efficient and cost effective" says Trevor Fagerskog, Managing Partner of ThoughtMatrix.

"Dave and I are very excited to have the opportunity to join forces with a full service agency that is so strong and deep in digital strategy, design and application development. Adding a BPM practice to the ThoughtMatrix repertoire will provide the critical set of tools and solutions that so many companies need in these times of extreme cost management" said Michael Lim, Business Process Management Practice General Manager.

The formation of a formal Business Process Management (BPM) practice focusing on the planning, implementation and support of BPM methodology and technology strategically positions ThoughtMatrix to address the concerns of C-level executives across the organization. This practice will help streamline, reconfigure and automate workflows and business processes to assist clients in transitioning and maturing as process-driven organizations. The new direction places ThoughtMatrix among the few elite agencies that possess a combination of strong business acumen and technology depth.

"Defining a process-centric architecture based on the latest BPM industry standards and technologies narrow the divide between strategic executive-level business goals and tactical information management requirements", said Dave O'Brien, Business Process Management Solutions Architect.
