ThoughtMatrix was retained by eLuxury to help eLuxury improve their database reporting, manage a platform migration and select a new provider to manage the day-to-day management of the eLuxury site.

Solution

ThoughtMatrix deployed onsite project management, system architecture, information architecture, application development database development and QA staff to assure the project objectives were accomplished on time and on budget. ThoughtMatrix helped migrate the system platform from ATG Version 4 to Version 6 with publishing. The Web site had to be reintegrated to 17 different external system connections.

Results

After deployment, the Web site based on ATG 6.4 drove over $45M in revenue more efficiently and profitably than the previous version based on ATG 4.5.
