Kinek approached ThoughtMatrix looking to accomplish two critical goals. They were just launching the company and wanted to gather real consumer feedback and begin to generate new users simultaneously. The company was considering conducting a traditional primary research study, but the approach was too costly and time-consuming.
Solution
ThoughtMatrix recommended using viral marketing and social networking to help Kinek understand their target customers and gain insight into how consumers would respond to their offering. We utilized the BzzAgent network to create a campaign to attract and measure consumer interest in a short period of time. The campaign consisted of using the BzzAgent Network to reach consumers willing to visit Kinek.com and participate in their trial.
Results
Within the first two weeks of the campaign, we generated over 2,000 new visitors to the site and nearly 800 consumer reviews. The BzzAgent Campaign provided invaluable consumer information the company is now using to drive product planning and future marketing strategies.
