Petz Enterprises is a leading tax solution company that builds software products for consumers and professional tax preparers. After enjoying a dramatic increase in their tradeshow booth traffic due to another video ThoughtMatrix produced, they asked the firm to create an intro video for a company-sponsored keynote event. The video had to be powerful enough to focus attention away from vibrant socializing in a nightclub setting, while delivering the CrossLink Tax story with simple visuals.
Solution
Within an extremely tight deadline, ThoughtMatrix created the concept, designed and animated the production and delivered a mastered DVD. The concept highlighted the rich history of Petz over nearly four decades, illustrating their commitment to their customers and the timeline of innovations. The reel conveys their "ONE Tax Solution" message using high-energy music, fast moving visuals, and heartwarming original imagery from the Petz Enterprises' historic "scrapbook."
Results
The video intro turned heads and increased the energy level in the room, which helped focus attention on the event keynote. The Petz team considers the video such a success, that they are now planning to reuse the intro across several other properties and events.
