DocuSign is the world's leading electronic signature platform provider with nearly 6 million customers. Businesses of all sizes use their products to complete transactions quickly and securely online while significantly reducing processing costs. As part of DocuSign's efforts to increase the ROI for its customers and partners, they hosted the DocuSign Summit, which included speaking engagements, product demos, and in-depth workshops. Since ThoughtMatrix was in the process of designing and developing DocuSign's new website, they asked the firm to also produce an impactful intro video to set the stage for the multifaceted event.

Solution

While leveraging the design for the Summit's promotional materials, ThoughtMatrix developed the creative concept, visual approach and animations for the promotional video. The concept highlights DocuSign's #1 position in the marketplace, showing their diverse group of partners, customers and developers as well as their impressive accolades. DocuSign's message of "Easy, Fast, Secure" is prominent along with stylized graphics and images emphasizing their astounding leadership statistics.

Results

The video's quick cuts and high-energy music elevated the excitement in the room, setting the perfect tone for the event. DocuSign was so pleased with the video that they've asked ThoughtMatrix to produce their product tutorial video series.
