Opportunity

SunRun asked ThoughtMatrix to design and develop a lead generation tool that would engage Web site visitors with an interactive experience, while also increasing conversion rates of visitors requesting a quote.

Solution

ThoughtMatrix implemented a rich Flash application that provided site visitors with useful solar knowledge through an interactive map with Web services that speak to the graphical interface and provided instant, customizable quotes based on a user's ZIP code, average utility bill, roof pitch and shade amount. From there, users were taken to a simple form that feeds into SunRun's Salesforce database, generating leads for their sales department.

Results

SunRun was so pleased with the design and utility of the lead generation tool that they engaged ThoughtMatrix further. After designing a set of icons for use in SunRun's marketing materials and Web site, ThoughtMatrix then developed a widget to aid in driving more users to the site and the lead generation tool.
